MISS MAY [sic] IRENE ARNDT
HURDLAND, Mo. — Sevices for Miss May [sic] Irene Arndt, 81, of Kansas City, Kan., a former Hurdland resident, who died Monday (Feb. 11, 1974) at 1:27 a.m. in an Edina nursing home, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina. The Rev. Beryl Cragg of Brashear will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
Miss Arndt was born in St. Louis Oct. 28, 1892, a daughte of Altamont [sic] Jerome and Mary Candice Norris Arndt. She was a retired art teacher in Rosedale High School in Kansas City, Kan. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and left Hurdland in 1920.
Surviving is a brother, Jerome of Burlington, Iowa. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
