Lionel D. Coy, 77 of El Campo, passed away on October 4, 2013. He was born on July 24, 1936 in Lagardo, Texas to Juan de los Santos and Maria Hanson Coy. Lionel was a 21 year Veteran of the United States Army and worked as a shipping and receiving clerk for El Campo Aluminum.
Lionel was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Henrietta Saucedo, Matilde Arrendondo, Herminia Coy, brothers Jose Guadalupe Coy, Manuel Coy, Jose Joe Coy, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Interment will follow service at Holy Cross Memorial Park with military honors under the auspices of American Legion Post 251.
