Born in Keystone, Perry County, on May 4, 1912, he was the son of the late Charles Sr. and Rebecca Umberger Dice. He was a self-employed general farmer in South Londonderry Township. He was a graduate of Marysville High School; a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra; former South Londonderry Township supervisor; former member of the PA Farm Bureau and Agway. Surviving are three sons, George Dice of Red Lion, John Dice of Elizabethtown, and James Dice of Hershey; a daughter, Constance Light of Chillicothe, OH; two brothers, Homer Dice of Annville and Niles Dice of Indianapolis, IN; a sister, Wilma Fetter of Shermansdale; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Charles Dice, a sister Velva Keller, one grandchild, and one great-grandchild. Funeral Wednesday at Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville.
