Daughter of the late Jordan Fant Bishop and Martha Cornelia Foster Bishop. Graduate of Union High School, member of Padgett's Creek Baptist Church, retired from Cooper Furniture Co. as a bookkeeper. After retirement worked part-time at Prince's Grocery.
The last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by seven brothers and two sisters.
