L. C. Cross Services for Luther Clemmon Cross, retired farmer, were held at the Baptist Tabernacle Saturday afternoon, October 18, at two o'clock with the Rev. H. P. Ford of Grenada officiating. Interment was in Hebron Cemetery with Oliver Funeral Home in Charge.Mr. Cross died Friday morning in the Kilmichael Clinic after a year's illness. Born in Attala County on January 25, 1886, he later lived near Winona for many years and had lived in Kilmichael the past three years. He was a member of the Grenada Church of God.He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Beulah Braswell Cross, of Kilmichael. Pallbearers were Emmett Weeks, Lonnie Ferguson, S. Lee Tindoll, Walter King, Melvin Braswell and Burlin Cross.
