Mary Byrd was a half-blood and died at Nisqually during 1877.

Mary Fiddler was half-blood, her name was Mary, we do not know her indian name, tho' the Indians there has one for her. She was born about 1822 and she died at her home in Nisqually in 1877. Mother is a full sister to Mrs. Orillia Bastion - of Tahola, Mrs. Bastion is an allottee on the Quinaielt Indian Reservation. She is the wife of Isaac Bastion.
No proof of burial in this cemetery, but her husband's obituary says "He was buried beside his wife, who preceded him to the other shore some years ago."
Mary Fidler Bird is not to be confused with Mary Houck Byrd (1797-1877), buried in the Byrd Cemetery and wife of Adam Byrd (1796-1853).
