Otis is survived by his Spouse, Eula Buzzard, Sons, Sam Swake, Victor Swake, Clint Buzzard, Michael Byers (who is just like a son), Daughter, Heather Tucker, Brothers; Levi, Albert and Harley Buzzard, Sisters; Claretta Meadows and Viola Moore, 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Son, Bruce Buzzard and Brothers; Henry and Delbert Buzzard. A memorial will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at the Living Faith Assembly, 467 S. 10th St., Cottage Grove, OR.
