George A. Hook 70, died Sunday, April 22, 1990 in Marlette. He was born May 13, 1919 in Decker, son of Pearl and Margarette Hook. Mr. Hook was a lifelong area resident.
He is survived by two sons, Craig Hook of Delton, and Edward Hook of Columbiaville; four daughters, Donna Westphal of lapeer, Betty Ross of Marlette, Glenda Ross of Clarkston and Lynette Carney of Silverwood; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Ella Mae Gilliam of Decker, Violet Thick of Lewiston, Margerette Demmers of Kingston, and Pearlie Geister of Lewiston; two brothers J.D. Hook of Hazel Park and Wilford Hook of Walled Lake.
He was preceded in death by a brother Harold Hook and a sister Beatrice Patterson. Services were held a April 24, 1990 at Marsh Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Keller officiating. Internment in Moshier Cemetery in Hemans.
