ETTER, Emily June (Age 94) Passed away August 15, 2013 in Ephrata, WA formerly of Davenport, WA. She is survived by her son Roger (Jody) Etter, two grandchildren Jim (Veronica) Etter and Nancy (Michael) Buehler along with five great-grand- children Casey, Karlee, Ethan Etter and Jonathan and Derek Buehler. She has two brothers Glen Abbott and Gerald "LeRoy" (Anita) Abbott along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was the oldest of five children of Walter and Emily Abbott. She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Emily Abbott, her husband Eugene Etter in 2010, two brothers Leonard and Dale Abbot and sister-in-law Ginger Abbott.
She was a 1937 Harrington High School graduate and attended a couple country schools before attending high school. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, crafts, gardening, pinochle and traveling and was a snow bird for many years. Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church, Davenport, WA with Pastor Jim Stern, officiating.
