Obituary 'Springfield Republican' July 1, 1938, pg 2: "Mrs. Mathilda (Beauregarde) Manegre of 1336 Allen street died yesterday at Mercy hospital after a brief illness. She leaves her husband, Arthur; six sons, Alfred, Aime, Henry, Wilfred, Leo and William, all of this city; two daughters, Mrs Eva Keating of this city and Miss Sylvia Manegre, at home; two brothers, Josephat Beauregarde of Amherst and Eustache Beauregarde (memorial #138691696) of Springfield, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the home tomorrow morning at 8.15 with requiem high mass at St Joseph's church at 9. Burial will be in St. Michael's cemetery."

Note maiden name has had several spelling variations on official documents including: Beaugeault, Bowrgard & Bourgard.
