Preceded in death by his parents the late Arthur F. Pannell and Elma Jones Pannell, his first wife Ursala M Pannell and by a daughter Karen A Pannell. He is survived by his wife Yvonne Pannell and 5 sons Mike A Pannell of Virginia, Neil R. (Karen) of Titusville, Alabama, Mike R. Pannell of Locust Grove, Georgia, Steve (Sheryle) Pannell of Pensacola, Florida, and Robin (Janine) Pannell of Palm Coast, Florida, and his grandchildren Chris Pannell, Chasey Pannell, Nick Pannell, Lindsay Pannell, Ashley Pannell, Ryan Pannell, Taylor Pannell, and Hannah Pannell and a great grandchild Conner Pannell. He was retired from Robins Air Force Base after 20 years of service as an electronics technician with 10 years of service attaining the rank of Senior Master Sargent.
