RHODA LINDENBORN

Rhoda Lindenborn, 98, of Alpena, passed away at Tendercare/Alpena Saturday, September 29, 2007.

Born October 9, 1908, in Boyne City to the late Harry and Elizabeth (Irish) Colley, Rhoda married Martin Lindenborn at the First Presbyterian Church in Flint on September 27, 1930. He preceded her in death on January 17, 1994. They moved to Alpena in 1950. For many years they spent six months in Texas and six months in Alpena.

Rhoda was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Alpena, Rebekahs, and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are her daughter, Pat (Mrs. William) Lancaster; two grandsons, Cody (Elsie) Lancaster and Cory (Shawn) Lancaster all of Alpena; four great-grandchildren, Erik (Heather), Heather, Alysha and Hillary; and one great-great-grandson, Ethan.

Private Funeral services took place at the Bannan Funeral Home with Reverend Steven Hammond officiating.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery.
