Raymond F.“Porky” Hollcraft, 82, of Stockwell, died Sep. 10 in Home Hospital where he had been a patient in the extended care unit since April. A retired Alcoa employee, he was born in Pops Center, In., Feb 19, 1908. A graduate of Wea High School, he had lived in the Wea and Stockwell areas all of his life and attended the old United Brethren Church at concord. He was married Feb. 27, 1937, in Stockwell, to Martha E. Bridges, and she survives with a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Alice M. Brooks) Scanlon of Clarks Hill, and two brothers, Clarence Hollcraft and Ernest Hollcraft, both of Lafayette. Service Sep. 12 at Landis-Loy Stockwell Chapel, the Rev. Mark Hill officiating. Interment Concord Cemetery.
