TRIMMED CORN, GANGRENE
George Gordon, an old and much respected resident of Arcola, is living at the point of death at his home in this city. Several days ago Mr. Gordon trimmed a corn on one of the toes of his left foot. The wound became infected and gangrene has resulted. His children who are not residents of this city have been summoned to his bedside and it is feared that his death will result within a short time.
