This date is the date that Peter Janson (believed to be Peter Johnson) arrived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania aboard the Ship Richard and Mary, from Rotterdam, last from Cowes. The manifest lists only males over sixteen years of age, so his family may have been on that ship at the same time.
Some researchers suggest Mary Polly Phillips may have been Peter Johnson's second wife.
It is believed that Mary Polly Phillips Johnson and Peter Johnson are buried in Round Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Elizabeth, Allegheny, Pennsylvania.
