Liebenthal -- Cecilia Kreutzer, 86, died Dec. 12, 1989, at Rush County Memorial Hospital, La Crosse.

She was born June 12, 1903, at Liebenthal, the daughter of Pete and Rosa (Schaffer) Legleiter.

She lived in Rush County all her life, and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Altar Society, both of Liebenthal.

On May 29, 1923, she married Marcus Kreutzer at Liebenthal. He died March 6, 1957.

Survivors include: two sons, Gerald "Jerry'', La Crosse, Francis, Mulvane; four daughters, Rose Zimmer and Melezina Allen, both of La Crosse, Bernadette Augustine, Salina, Mary Virginia Schaffer, Benson, Ariz.; three sisters, Albertine Kreutzer, La Crosse, Celestine Carey, Topeka, Josephine Stecklein, Hutchinson; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Rosary will be at 8 p.m. today at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse. Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the church, with Father Eugene Kenny presiding. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today, and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may go to the church.
