Hulda E. Cook, 83 of 810 14 1/2 St. Rock Island, died Friday at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Knox-Larson Funeral Home, Rock Island. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Hulda Gustafson was born in New Windsor. She married Arthur Cook in 1920. He died in 1924. She married Claus Anderson in 1928 (1929). He died in 1940. She married James R. Cook in 1941. He died in 1968.
She and Claus Anderson operated the Anderson grocery store in Rock Island in the 1940's.
Surviving are two sons, Herschel Cook, of Moline and Dean Anderson of Kokomo, Ind; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Peterson, of Orion, and Ethel Nelson, of Galesburg; and a brother, Martin Gustafson, of New Windsor.
