SWANSON Patricia Cleary Swanson passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the age of 69. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorina and William Daniel Cleary, Sr., brothers, William Daniel Jr. and George, sister Dianne Cleary and son, Frank Giacona. She is survived by her loving husband, Harry C. Swanson, Jr., children, Anthony and Angela Giacona and Stephanie, Christopher (Kattia), Jason and Jeffrey (Michelle) Swanson, grandchildren, Amanda Hill and Holden Swanson, great grandchildren, Tyler and Kayden Whitmore. She is also survived by her siblings, Linda, Wanda, Judy, Darlene, Barbara, Christine, Glen, Angel and Randy Cleary and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124), on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 12:00 noon. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Salvation Army.
