Survivors include his wife, Virginia Lorene McManners of Batesville; one son, Gene McManners of Newark; two daughters, Linda White of Batesville and Lorene Corbit of Mountain View; two brothers, Glen McManners of Jonesboro and Orvil McManners of Tuckerman; three sisters, Kathryn Howard of Jonesboro, Edith Bradley of Tuckerman and Christine Terry of Moline, Ill.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Jackson's Newport Funeral Home chapel, with David Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery near Batesville.
Active pallbearers will be Jonathan Spivey, Chris McManners, Nick Spivey, Jamie King, Joey Hembrey and Mare Hembrey.
Honorary pallbearers will be James Duke, Jimmy Mack and James Walker.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
