JONESBORO -- Kathryn O. Howard, 72, of Jonesboro died at her residence Dec. 4, 2005.
Mrs. Howard was born Oct. 27, 1933, in Tuckerman and was a clerical secretary for both City Water and Light and Electrolux. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Jonesboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph A. and Della Speer McManners; and three brothers, W.D. McManners, Lynn McManners and Bobby McManners.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Howard of Jonesboro; a daughter, Teresa Ann Honnell; two sisters, Christine Terry of Silvis, Ill., and Edith Bradley of Tuckerman; two brothers, Orville McManners of Tuckerman and Glen McManners of Jonesboro; two granddaughters, Lisa Silas and Leah Seruya, both of Jonesboro; and two great-grandchildren, Will Silas and Emily Silas.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Langford-Bookout Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Langford-Bookout Funeral Chapel in Jonesboro, with the Rev. Harold Ray officiating. Interment will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Bo Riley, Dean Young, Glen McManners, Orville McManners, Nick Adcox, Jim Latimer, Tom Hawkins and Woodrow Turner.
Honorary pallbearers will include Dean Rudkin, Jean Turman, Norma Rorex, Janet Trevathan, Janice McEntire, Betty Smith, Mary Rice and Tuckerman Class of 1951.
Memorial may be made to St. Bernard's Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
