Albert W. McMaster, 89, of Matamoras Rt 3 died Friday in Marietta Memorial Hospital after an illness of one month.
He was born at Beavertown April 24, 1874, a son of the late Samuel and Marilla Beaver McMaster. He was a retired farmer and a member of Beavertown EUB church.
His wife, the former Mary Mount, died in 1949.
Surviving are one son, Gail, of Beavertown; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Carpenter of Beavertown and Mrs. Audrey Mendenhall of Newport; one brother, James, and one sister, Mrs. Lois Danver, both of Beavertown. One son Dale, is deceased.
The body will be taken this evening from the Corum Funeral Home to the family home, where friends may call after 6 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Fairview Church. The Rev. Frank Conley will officiate and interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. (Parr Hill)
