Glen Howard Hadley I, age 71, passed away suddenly Thursday April 18, 1991 in a local hospital.
He was born March 27, 1920 in Ogden, Utah to John H. and Laura Thurston Hadley. He married Donna Robinson December 13, 1947 in Las Vegas, Nevada; marriage was solemnized September 11, 1950 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was active in the LDS Church, holding many callings including Bishop. Was a retired employee for the Welfare Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include his wife, Donna, Bountiful; children, Glen Hadley II, Austin, Texas; Gary Hadley and Lesley Barnes, both of Southern California; 13 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Gene Hadley, Clearfield; Virginia Pope, Ogden; Billie Simpson, Ogden; Donna Malan, Ogden Canyon; Ed Hadley, Ogden; Robert Hadley, Bountiful; Jeri Williams, Bountiful; Tom Hadley, Ogden; J. Rodney Hadley, Bountiful. Preceded in death by a daughter, Christeen Egnew; and a brother, LaMar Hadley.
Funeral Services will be held Monday April 22, 1991 at 1 p.m. at the Bountiful 9th LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call on Monday from 11:45-12:45. Interment: Bountiful Lakeview Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary.
