Daughter of Adam and Viola Maria Magdalena Leonhardt. She married George J. Callais on Aug. 6, 1949, in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are four daughters, Doris Callais, Ruth (Bob) Bundren, Betty Callais and Louise (Tim) Nevitt; one son, Lester (Nancy) Callais; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Qualls and Pat Bell; and one brother, Elmer Leonhardt.

Her parents; one son, Clifford Callais; one brother; and two sisters preceded her in death.
