Born in Butler, Sept. 8, 1922, she was a daughter of Francis B. and Cecelia Geibel Morrison.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church and the St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers ladies organization.
Surviving are a son, Ronald C. "Chuck" Kienzle of Butler; a brother, Bernard Morrison of Butler; and four sisters, Mrs. William (Anna) Cramner of Herman and Mrs. John (Frances) O'Neill, Mrs. Harry (Cecelia) Jackson and Norberta "Mae" Duffy, all of Butler. Two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Her husband, Robert C. Kienzle, whom she married in Butler on May 19, 1951, died Dec. 6, 2000. She also was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
KIENZLE - Friends of Mary Catherine "Kay" Kienzle, who died Wednesday, June 14, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will recite the rosary at 10:40 a.m. Saturday at the church.
