Charleston - Nevis I. Bryan, 78 years old, of Bertrand, formerly of Charleston, died Saturday at the Bertrand Nursing Center.
She was born Sept. 8, 1915, in Charleston, the daughter of George E. and Gertrude Smith McFadden.
She married Milas Bryan on Dec. 25, 1938. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1984.
Mrs. Bryan was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Camille Smith; brother, Kermit McFadden and two sisters, Frances Saliba and Phyllis Fox.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral service will be held Monday at McMikle Funeral Chapel in Charleston.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
