Formerly a resident of Coulee City, WA, passed away on December 21, 2006, at Moses Lake, WA, where she had lived for the past five years. Hilda was born on July 14, 1916, at Gloyd, Washington. She was the daughter of J.B. and Alma Melia (Ewald) Webley. She married Robert Lee Bise on April 4, 1938, in Spokane, Washington. Robert preceded her in death in 1995. She is survived by her five children, Kaye Roalson (Ralph) of Pateros, WA, Beverly Arrand (Paul) of Deer Park, WA, Kenneth Bise (Joan) of Kiehi, Hawaii, Nancy Bridges (Byron) of Royal City, WA, and Sally Emerson (Fred) of Hartline, WA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, one deceased; 21 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren; one brother Cecil Webley of Vancouver, WA, and one sister Norma Schmidt of Wenatchee, WA. Services will be held December 27, 2006, 2 PM at the Almira Community Church, Almira, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hilda's honor to the Coulee City Ambulance Fund.
