His memorial service was arranged by his Neodesha and Winfield, Kansas, children with the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home of Neodesha and conducted at their facility on February 26, 1958, with the Reverend Alvin Daetwiler presiding. Interment was in the Neodesha City Cemetery.
