He was retired as a shipping clerk from SKF Industries; an Army veteran of World War II; and attended Prince Street United Brethren Church.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Chamberlin Coldsmith; two sons, Rick L. and Michael D., both of Shippensburg; a daughter, Gloria Gardner of Newburg; two brothers, Roy Jr. and Charles, and a sister, Patricia Robinson, all of Shippensburg; and four grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
