JOHN EMORY BAKER, formerly of this county, died early Friday morning at his home, 955 Rosedale St, Baltimore, Md.

He was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Church of Baltimore.

He was the son of the late Jacob M and Mary H Baker, of this county.

Surviving are: wife, Mrs. Irma P Baker; daughters, Mrs. William J Tyson Jr, Norfolk, Va; Miss Phyllis Baker, at home; brother, George R Baker, Fairplay; and sister, Mrs. Simon Snyder, this city.

Services Monday at 2 pm at Kraiss Mortuary Chapel by the Rev R M Jeffrey and Rev A M Dixon. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
