The former Miss Campbell was born Nov. 21, 1885, in Mississippi County and married Richard Park Britt on May 3, 1903. He preceded her in death in August, 1965.
Surviving are four sons, Herbert, Edgar, Jewell and Ralph Britt; four daughters, Mrs. Clarence Shively, Mrs. Doss Morris, Mrs. Melvin Forrest and Mrs. Joe Faire; two half brothers, Buford and Andrew Campbell; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery here.
