DIED - CULLEN - At her home, 117 Willow street, this city, Tuesday, April 5, 1921, Mrs. Peter Cullen, aged 54 years, 7 months and 7 days, after an illness of 18 months.
Theresa Belle Smith was a daughter of the late Charles M. and Mary A. Smith and was born in this city on Oct. 28, 1867. On Sept. 20, 1886, she was united in marriage to Peter Cullen, also of Beaver Dam. To this union eight children were born, three of whom preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband and five children. Clarence, Isabelle, Bernice and Lucille Cullen, and Mrs. John Nabel of this city. She is also survived by four sisters, Mrs. A. N. Grant of the town of Beaver Dam, Mrs. A. Waddell, of Aurelia, Iowa; Mrs. Hugh Burr and Mrs. A. F. Kluge of this city.
The funeral will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic church at 9 o'clock, Friday morning. Interment in St. Patrick's cemetery. Rev. A. F. Leist will officiate.
