Death was caused by a heart ailment. Anderson had been ill about three years.
Born June 30, 1881, in Platteville. Illinois, the deceased received his early education in Illinois and moved to this county when 21 years old.
On November 9, 1904, he was united in marriage to Carrie Johnson and the Andersons lived in Emmet County near Wallingford. the rest of his life.
Mr. Anderson served on the county boar d of education for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Christine Leeson of California, and Cleo Limmers of Graettinger; four sons, Jessie of Graettinger, Wesley of Wallingford, Emmet of Davenport and Harvey of Osgood, three, brothers, Henry of Waverly, Julius o f Estherville and Bert of Graettinger; one sister, Anna Sevold of Story City; two half brothers , Alfred Anderson from California, and George Anderson of St. Paul , Minnesota and a half sister, Myrtle Oaken of Baton Rouge, Louisiana .

Mr. Anderson was preceded in death both his parents.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at the Olen Anderson residence five miles east of Wallingford with Clyde Johnson and Clarence Frederick in charge.
