Keep on Truckin'- Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Burdette Alva Remington, returned home to his Eternal Father and family April 22, 2005, at his home in Centerville. Alva was born June 13, 1944 in St. Anthony, ID to Burdette Thornton and Martha Remington. Alva loved and lived life to the fullest! He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean; children, Mindi (Trevor), Travis (Kate), Trisha (Casey), Mikael (Darlene), Mikelle, MariAnna; seven grandchildren; sisters, Mae, Janice, Mardette; and brother, Ralph. Funeral services will be held April 27, 11 a.m. at the LDS ward house on 1461 N. Main, Centerville. Friends and family are welcome to visit Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main, Bountiful, and also 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the ward house before the services, Wednesday.
