YORK - Albert W. Leight, 85, of West York, died at 11:25 p.m. Monday at Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Henrietta A. (Paules) Leight.

The service will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's Chapel United Methodist Church, 3050 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion. Burial will be in Heiland View Cemetery. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the William E. Little Funeral Home Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester, and 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the church.

Mr. Leight was born Aug. 16, 1912, in York Township. He was the son of the late Wilmer S. and Anna (Scheffman) Leicht.

He retired from York International, after 32 years of service. He was a member of St. Paul's Chapel United Methodist Church in Red Lion and the 25-Year Club of York International.

Mr. Leight also is survived by three sons, John H. Leight of Windsor RD 1, William C. Leight of Shrewsbury and Donald L. Leight of Yoe; three daughters, Gladys A. Beal of Bridgewater, N.J., and Marian R. Hovis and Charlotte M. Sechrist, both of York; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Paul Leicht and Charles Leicht, both of York.

Officiating at the service will be his pastor, the Rev. Thomas A. Young.
