William F. Livelsberger, 93, formerly of 17 W. Hanover St., Hanover, husband of the late Mrs. Florence Smith Livelsberger, died Sunday at 9:05 a.m. at Golden Age Nursing Home.
Prior to his retirement, he was manager for many years of the former H. Anton Boch Cigar Factory at Midway.
A native of Mt. Pleasant Township, he was the son of the late John S. and Louise J. Lawrence Livelsberger.
A member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, he was a 50 year member and former grand knight of Hanover Council 871 of the Knights of Columbus.
His memberships included Hanover Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Holy Name Society. He also was a life member of both Hanover Home and McSherrystown Home Associations.
Surviving are a brother Lawrence P. Livelsberger, 208 Fleming Ave., Hanover and a sister Mrs. Margaret Smith, 237 Third St., Hanover.
His pastor, Rev. Robert C. Gribbin will have the service Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from the Panebaker Funeral Home, Hanover, and will be celebrant for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Conewago Chapel Cemetery.
