She was born Feb. 16, 1913 in Clarence, daughter of James and Pearl Wittmis Savage. They preceded her in death, along with one daughter, Patsy Reining; one brother and two sisters.
Surviving are one son-in-law, Carl Reining; three grandchildren, Terry (Delores) Reining, Sharon (Michael) Haines and Eric (Susan) Reining; nine great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Ethel Carnahan.
Frances worked for J.C. Penney and Livingston's Department Store. She volunteered at Gailey Eye Clinic and East Central Illinois Agency on Aging until she turned 90.
She was a member of Ladies of the Moose.
