Cornelia's parents, the Reverend H.I Parker and Sylvia Ann Ammidon Parker, lived in Burlington from 1845 to 1852*. Rev. Parker and his wife helped establish the Baptist Church in Burlington, and then relocated to Wisconsin. Cornelia is the only member of the family known to be buried in Burlington.
