Mrs. Bessie M. Dutro, 53, widow of Raymond E. Dutro, died at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Alva Jordan, 1921 Twenty-third street, where she made her home. Mrs. Dutro had been in ill health about 10 years, but was stricken suddenly.

She was born in Brown county Aug. 23, 1903, to Thomas and Susie Palmer Morrison, who survive, but she lived most of her life in Columbus. She and her husband were married Sept. 4, 1920, and he died May 25, 1945. A daughter, Capitola Louise, died in 1931. Mrs. Dutro was a member of the Methodist church.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Flanigan and Reed funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Albert R. Ashley. Burial will be made at Daugherty cemetery.

Casket will be open at the funeral home after 10 o'clock Tuesday morning.

Survivors are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Morrison; a son, Leonard (Jack) Dutro; three daughters, Mrs. Jordan, Mrs. Sue Ann Saffell and Miss Elaine Dutro, and nine grandchildren, all of Columbus; a sister, Miss Martha Morrison of Columbus; and a brother, James Morrison of Tennessee.
