Rita Jo Alford, 45, of Supply, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2011.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church, 2400 Southport-Supply Road, Bolivia. Wilmington Funeral & Cremation, Wilmington.

Rita died at the scene of a car accident when a teenage driver struck her vehicle in a two-car wreck near Shallotte.

She was the daughter of Melvin Ralph and Nina Jean "Morris" Alford. Two of her siblings were Brian and Tonitta.
