Albert will be remembered as a quiet, strong man that thought of others before himself. After retiring from 21 years of service with Mobil Oil Corporation in Beaumont, TX in 1985 he and his wife Shirley moved to the Valley. Here he volunteered for 11 years with the Literacy Center of Harlingen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester C and Edith Remsberg and his loving wife of 42 years, Shirley.
He is survived by his son Christopher of Harlingen and his daughter Amanda of Houston, his sisters Marjorie (Leonard) Dickeson, Celia (George) Greenleaf, Betty Lucas, and brother David (Ngam) Remsberg.
