Elsie M. Meckley Allison of Autumn House formerly of Glen Rock, died yesterday morning at York Hospital. She was 85.
Mrs. Allison retired in 1968 from AMP Inc., where she was employed as a machine operator for 28 years.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Glen Rock and Glen Rock Ambulance Club.
Born in Springfield Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Annie Lentz Meckley and the wife of the late Clair R. Allison. She leaves three sons, Eugene "Mooney" R Allison, Robert "Knobby" L. Allison, and Kenneth E. Allison; seven grandchildren; eight great-grand children; and a sister, Grace Becker.
Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery
