Feb. 15, 1961 —
Pauline Gross, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Sayler, was born July 15, 1888 in the vicinity of Freeman, South Dakota. She received infant baptism and at the proper age was instructed in the cardinal truths of God's Word and was confirmed by Pastor J. Reister.
She and Henry Gross of Hosmer were married January 8, 1907 in McPherson County, SD. The deceased was a member of the Hosmer Congregational Church and later of Medina, North Dakota where she was a member of the Ladies Aid also. While living in Riverton, Wyoming she attended the E and R Church. In 1915, she dedicated her life to her Master, whom she served to her end. She passed away December 27, 1960 at the age of 72 years, 5 months and 12 days.
Her husband and two children preceded her in death and she is survived by three daughters, four sons, three sisters, two brothers and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at Medina, North Dakota on December 31st with Rev. T. Bader officiating and interment was made in the Medina Cemetery
