Clinton Herald Wednesday August 16, 1950 p. 14 Miss Flora Disbrow, 72, a former Clinton resident, died early today in Stanwood. The body was taken to the Shadduck funeral home where funeral home where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. F.G. Watkins, pastor of the Grace Episcopal church, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Miss Disbrow was born May 9, 1878, in Clinton, the daughter of the late M.A. and Mary S. Lincoln Disbrow. She attended the public schools here and later was graduated from Wheaton seminary, Norton, Mass. She lived in California for 36 years and Stanwood for the last eight years. Surviving are two nieces, Miss Grace Disbrow, Clinton, and Miss Mary Disbrow, Waukegan, Ill., and two nephews, Kenneth Disbrow, Clinton and Dr. Martin DuBois, Baker, Ore. Preceeding her in death beside her parents were a brother, W.B. Disbrow, a sister, Mrd. L.L. DuBois, and a brother and sister in infancy.
