Mrs. Katherine Kesler 73, widow of James Kesler and formerly of Daggett, who resided at 1006 West B Street in Iron Mountain, passed away at her home there Tuesday at 5:10 P.M. after a sort illiness. She was born in Glenmore, WI June 9 1871 and had lived in Dagett many years before moving to Iron Mountain 21 years ago.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Marian) Bartles, Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Baumler of Iron Mountain, Mrs. D.R.(Hessie) Landsborough of Midland MI, four sons, Russell of Iron Mountain, Merville of Escanaba, Leo of Duluth and Wilbert of Butte MT: seventeen grand children and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held this morning (Friday) at 9 o'clock in Saint Mary and Saint Joseph church, Iron Mountain of which she was a member. Burial will be in the family lot in the Stephenson cemetery this morning (Friday) at 11 A.M.
Mrs. Kesler was a former member of St Frederick's church of Daggett.
