Before me the subscribing Captain of the 14th regiment personally appeared James Irwin who, being duly sworn as the Law directs saith that he served Riten Notices on Jacob Condran, Geo. Elliott, Sam'l Hollandehead, Abraham Yengling, Ludw ick Rimerling, Dan'l Foglesong, Henry Miller, and Benj. McCune and that he variably noticed Henry Hileman, Sworn and subscribed before me this 16th day of April 1813.
