JOSEPH DARROW DIES IN EUREKA
Joseph Darrow, Eurka, Mo., died at his home Saturday. He was born in this area, the son of William A. and Melvina Darrow (nee Simmons). Sister Lora and a brother, George Darrow preceded him in death in 1949.
He is survived by his wife, Mabel, two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Case and Mrs. Anna White; three sons, Harold, Raymond and Gordon Darrow of Eureka. There are nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great - grandchildren. He was a postal employee in St. Louis before his retirement.
Funeral services were held at 1 o'clock, Tuesday from the Baptist Church in Pacific. Interment was in Oak Hill cemetery here.
