He was born Nov. 22, 1930, to John and Rhoda Wilde Dickerson in American Fork, Utah.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; five children and their spouses, Kenneth (Debra) Dickerson, Eugene, Ore., Edward (Theresa) Dickerson, Sandra (Jim) Rice, Bobbi (Brent) Hale, and Teri (Mark) Porter, all of Pocatello; nine grandchildren, Kelcie Dickerson, Emily (David) Garrett, Shannon Dickerson, Casey and Robert Rice, Buck and Bryan Hale, Ridge and Easton Porter; and one great-grandson, Jackson Garrett; three brothers, Kenneth (Lyn) Dickerson, Gilbert, Ariz., Kay (Ila) Dickerson, Sandy, Utah, Jerry Dickerson, Glasgow, Mont.; and one sister, Leah (Roy) Matson, Boise, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
