Clarence Venden, age 81, Stoughton, died Thursday, January 14, 1988. He was born September 23, 1906, in Dane County, a son of the late Harold and Sina (Dovre) Venden. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at the Madison Window Cleaning Company.
He is survived by four daughters, Clarice (Omar) Lee, Dores Obrecht and Carol (Don) Moe, all of Stoughton, and Joan (Ole) Holman of Edgerton; two sons, Robert of Madison and Howard (Carol) of Davenport, Iowa; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Viola (Harold) Eldred, Stoughton.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Smithback; one sister, and three brothers.
