PLEASANT GARDEN, NC — Mr. Cecil Eugene Coltrane, 86, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Clapp's Nursing Center.
A graveside service was held at 2 pm on Saturday, February 2 at Centre Friends Meeting Cemetery, 325 NC Highway 62 East, Greensboro.
Cecil was born June 11, 1926 to the late Branson Eugene and Tula Fentress Coltrane.
He served in the US Army during the Korea "Police Action".
He was retired from Butler Trailer Manufacturing Company, Randleman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roy, Lacy, and sister, Irene Coltrane.
Cecil is survived by his sister, Ethel Whitaker (Donald) and several nieces and nephews.
