The funeral for Everett E. Jerome, 56, of 72 Center Street, was held 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Mary's Church.
Mr. Jerome died in Massena Memorial Hospital at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 1973. He had been in failing health five years.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Earl Jerome, Massena and Gary Jerome, Houston, TX; two sisters, Mrs. Imogene Murray and Mrs. Daniel (Rita) Henry, both of Massena and one grandchild.
Mr. Jerome was born in Massena, September 10, 1916, a son of Edward and Gertrude Smith Jerome. He attended Massena schools and served in World War II. He was a crane operator at Massena Operations of the Aluminum Company of America.
